BUILD & RACE YOUR TEAM SIMULTANEOUSLY

Enough with the boring bachelor parties and conference room meetings! Create an experience for your team that will have them talking for weeks. Go straight from our fully equipped conference room to our state-of-the-art karting facility in only a few short feet. Where else can you get a full dose of work and adrenaline at the same time?

HAPPY HOUR – $1,295 + Tax

Make the Kartplex your next party or happy hour location! Enjoy exclusive use of the Kartplex facility in an unstructured hour of racing excitement. Awards will be given to the top three drivers based on fastest lap times.

  • 24 drivers maximum (all spectators welcome)
  • One hour of open track time
  • Safety and competition briefing
  • Catering available upon request

  • Individual race results sheet

SPRINT TIME TRIAL – $75 PER PERSON + Tax

Make the Kartplex your next corporate outing or bachelor party location! Enjoy exclusive use of the Kartplex facility for two race sessions per driver. Awards will be given to the top three drivers based on fastest lap times.

  • 15-50 drivers (all spectators welcome)
  • 10-minute practice
  • 10-minute time trial race
  • 20 minutes of seat time per driver
  • Safety & competition briefing

  • Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd
  • Individual race result sheets

SPRINT QUALIFYING – $150 PER PERSON + Tax

For ultra-competitive drivers with a passion for motorsports, the Sprint Qualifying format provides them the chance to show their skill on track. Enjoy exclusive use of the Kartplex facility for three structured race sessions per driver. The format consists of a separate practice, qualifying and race session to determine an overall winner. The Sprint Qualifying package crowns an overall champion that exhibits speed and consistency throughout the entire event. Awards will be given to the top three drivers.

  • Between 12-50 drivers (all spectators welcome)
  • 10-minute practice session
  • 10-minute qualifying
  • 12-lap race by position
  • 30 minutes of seat time per driver
  • Safety & competition briefing

  • Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd
  • Individual race result sheets

  • Meeting space available

30 MINUTE TEAM ENDURO – $125 PER PERSON + Tax

Our enduro events are a perfect place for corporate team building. Enjoy exclusive use of the Kartplex facility for two structured race sessions per team. During the practice session, all team members will get the chance to drive the karts, learn the track and experience pit stops. Teams will then determine their strategy for the race, and at the conclusion of the 30-minute endurance race, each member of the top three teams will receive a trophy.

  • 6-12 teams (2-3 drivers per team, all spectators welcome)
  • 20-minute practice session
  • 30-minute endurance race
  • Safety & competition briefing
  • Catering available upon request

  • Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd
  • Team race result sheets
  • Meeting space available
  • Pre-registration available online                                      (for drivers 18 or older)

60 MINUTE TEAM ENDURO – $150 PER PERSON + Tax

Our enduro events are a perfect place for corporate team building. Enjoy exclusive use of the Kartplex facility for two structured race sessions per team. During the practice session, all team members will get the chance to drive the karts, learn the track and experience pit stops. Teams will then determine their strategy for the race, and at the conclusion of the 60-minute endurance race, each member of the top three teams will receive a trophy.

  • 6-12 teams (3-6 drivers per team, all spectators welcome)
  • 30-minute practice session
  • 60-minute endurance race
  • Safety & competition briefing
  • Catering available upon request

  • Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd
  • Team race time sheets
  • Meeting space available
  • Pre-registration available online                                      (for drivers 18 or older)

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your event for driver registration, helmet sizing and driver briefing.

A $300 deposit is required to book all private events – this deposit is refundable only in the event of inclement weather. Should you need to change the date of your event, there is no penalty if the new date is booked at least 10 days prior to the original date. Event dates changed 3-9 days prior to the original date will incur a $150 change fee. Any event date change 2 days or less before the original date will result in the loss of the $300 deposit, as will any event cancellation.
